I Love My Dentist (ILMD) Awards 2024 received an overwhelming 3,500 public votes from 27 countries, with 95 dentists participating.

Dr. Aisha Sultan is a highly respected figure in the field of dentistry in the United Arab Emirates and Middle East, known for her significant contributions to public health and her leadership within the healthcare sector. With a robust academic background in dentistry, Dr. Sultan has spent several decades advancing dental care practices in the UAE, earning recognition as a pioneer in the field. The First Women Dentists in the region.
Her career is marked by a strong commitment to improving dental health across the nation and Middle East, not only through her clinical work but also by shaping health policies and standards that have had a lasting impact. Dr. Sultan’s expertise and dedication led to her appointment as a Head of the Dental Services in the Ministry of Health in the UAE government, where she played a pivotal role in healthcare reform and the expansion of dental services. She served as a Head of Dental Section of Emirates Medical Association for 20 years.
To this day, Dr. Sultan continues to influence the field of dentistry, both as a mentor to emerging professionals and as an advocate for advancing dental health initiatives. Her legacy includes numerous awards and recognitions, reflecting her unwavering dedication to the betterment of health care in the UAE.
